When placing your order and in your order confirmation, you will see the expected delivery time - this depends on the type of article and the shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code to track your shipment.

Sorry to hear that you want to change/cancel an order, but of course you can decide to abandon the purchase afterwards. Unfortunately, we cannot change/cancel the order once payment has been completed. Of course, the order can be returned. Please remember that this must be done within 14 days.

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, you can exchange the item. Return the article by following the return steps. Indicate that you want to exchange the article and for which size/colour. We will ensure you receive the correct size free of charge.
We understand that it is incredibly difficult to select a size. To help you get started, we have added a size guide to each product to make it easier for you to decide which size is best for you. The size charts all have measurement instructions so you can easily calculate your size. In addition, you can always ask our customer service for advice. Still unsure about a size? All orders will be delivered in a bag made of recycled material and feature a Le Chic Kidswear sticker. The bag can be reused to return your order.
Unfortunately, it may happen that the desired item is no longer in stock. When an article is completely sold out, it will disappear from the webshop. So if you can no longer find a particular item, it is unfortunately no longer available.

Returns & refunds
Put the unwashed/unwearable clothes in their original packaging with attached card back in the shipping bag and pack the items well.Go to returns via the webshop or scan the QR code provided and follow the instructions.Add the packing slip at all times- Seal the bag and stick the return label on it or have the barcode scanned at the drop-off point.
If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you may do so within 14 days. Return costs are at your own expense, but we do offer a cheaper or free option. A parcel for €5.50 and a letterbox parcel €3.50. Belgian customers also register their return via the link below, but for them an explanation will follow afterwards to send the return to a Bpost point.
PLEASE NOTE: make sure that the label or barcode of the outbound shipment is no longer visible.If the label of the outbound shipment is still visible on the parcel, this will cause problems during the return process. Returns are at your own risk, so keep this in mind

Very annoying to hear that the packing slip/return form is missing from your order.If you want to return an item and the packing slip is missing, you can print out the order confirmation or invoice and add it to the return package. A handwritten note with the order number and your name/address details will also suffice. The most important thing is that we can see who the return parcel belongs to. If we do not know who the return parcel comes from, we unfortunately cannot process the return.
You can use your track & trace code to see when we have received your return. Once we have received your return, we will get to work on processing your return as quickly and carefully as possible.If the track and trace code indicates that the package has been received by Jolo Fashion/Moodstreet petit, you can assume that this is the case.After receiving your return, we will refund your money within 14 days of reporting the return using the same payment method you used.
